Titus 1:5

The reason I left you in Crete was that you might straighten out what was left unfinished and appoint elders in every town, as I directed you.
Titus 1:5 (NIV)

Paul's charge to Titus was a challenging one; to reset the church on the Isle of Crete. The church there had grown to look more like the immoral culture than the character of Christ. Everything rises or falls on leadership , so Paul instructs Titus to begin the process by finding good leaders. This message explores the characteristics of those good and godly leaders.
